StudentsGiveHope.org is hosted by The Hope Shared Foundation. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, public benefit, and zero-salary (all volunteer) organization which is dedicated to advancing open-access crowd-sourced medicine discovery.
Benjamin M. Samudio, Ph.D., Director
Benjamin served in the US Air Force as a medic. In this capacity, he became inspired to want to improve medicine. This led him to obtain a Ph.D. in Chemistry through the University of California-Davis Department of Chemistry. Benjamin also undertook biomedical research at the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, Inc. in Emeryville, California, and the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Ben focuses on the medicine design capabilities of StudentsGiveHope.org. Along with Chue and Nithin of the Hope Shared Foundation, Benjamin volunteers to maintain and grow StudentsGiveHope.org.
Chue Cha, M.A., Education Specialist
Chue has been in education for over 12 years. She obtained a Master of Arts in Education from the University of California-Davis School of Education. Chue focuses on the educational aspects of StudentsGiveHope.org.
Nithin Dhananjayan, M.Sci., Technology Specialist
Nithin obtained a Master of Science in Engineering from Stanford University. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the University of California-Davis Department of Chemistry. Nithin focuses on the technological and engineering aspects of StudentsGiveHope.org
